How does IFS work?
IFS works by helping you identify, understand, and connect with the different “parts” of your personality, which are seen as sub-personalities with their own roles and beliefs. Through this process, you can access your core “Self,” characterized by qualities like calm and compassion, to help these parts release extreme roles and achieve internal harmony.
I’ll provide skillful, compassionate and knowledgeable support throughout the entire process. The focus will be on adapting our work to your goals, needs and healing (and not the other way around!).
