Roma Raheja, LCSW

Over 25 years sitting with people in the deep end.

Roma brings over 25 years of clinical experience across hospital systems, transplant centers, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and private practice.

Her work has supported people navigating traumatic brain injuries, cancer diagnoses, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, chronic illness, grief, caregiving, anxiety and depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

Clients often describe Roma as warm, empathetic, direct, and appropriately challenging. She brings care to the hard parts without rushing clients past their own pace.

Therapy that connects insight, body, and nervous system.

Roma integrates psychoeducation, somatic approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and Brainspotting, an EMDR-adjacent, brain-body modality, when clinically appropriate.

Her style is collaborative and practical. The work helps clients understand what is happening, why old patterns make sense, and how to begin practicing different responses with more steadiness and self-compassion.
