Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients of Monarch Counseling Services LLC who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for health care services.
Estimate Timing
A Good Faith Estimate may be provided before services begin or upon request. Actual costs may vary depending on frequency, duration, clinical needs, and services chosen.
Questions
