What happens after I reach out?
Roma will review your inquiry and respond within 1–2 business days. A free 15-minute consultation can help determine whether the practice is a good fit. Clinical recommendations are discussed during your initial session.
Do you accept insurance?
Monarch Counseling Services is an out-of-network practice. Clients may request documentation they can submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Where can I find Therapy Intensive pricing?
Therapy Intensive session options and pricing are listed on the Therapy Intensives page. Roma reviews fit and next steps during consultation before an intensive is booked.
Where do sessions take place?
In-person sessions are available at 5887 Glenridge Dr., Building #7, Suite #230 in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Telehealth is available for clients located in Georgia or Florida.
Do you provide couples or family counseling?
No. Roma provides individual therapy for adults and does not provide couples or family counseling.
Do you complete disability forms or ESA letters?
No. Roma does not complete disability forms and does not provide ESA letters.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. If medication evaluation is needed, Roma may recommend that you speak with a specialist such as a general practitioner or psychiatrist.
Is this practice appropriate for crisis care?
No. This practice does not provide crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
